摘要
通过对摔跤运动的起源及其发展历史的研究,探讨摔跤运动在当今社会所具有的现实意义。提出通过比赛和表演、学校教育和社会体育三个途径来发展现代摔跤运动,弘扬了东北地区民族传统体育文化,促进了东北地区民族体育事业的进步和发展。
Through the investigation on the origin and development of wrestling, we explore the significance of wrestling in the present time. It is by match or act,school education and social sport that the modern wrestling has been developed.
