摘要
本文从信息控制角度探讨了中国电子政务的建设和发展,参照国外成功的经验,指出只有通过政府网站的资源和人员建设,信息反馈系统的完善,信息技术及安全技术的辅助,政策法规的控制,才能达到电子政务的权威化、透明化、畅通化。
This article has made a study of the construction and development of the electronic government affairs from the point of view of the information control. Making a reference of the successful experiences of the other countries, it points out that the authorization,transparency and smoothness of electronic government affairs can only be done by the construction of the resources and staff of the government websites, the improvement of the information feedback system, the assistance of the information technology and the safety technology and the control of policies, laws and rules.
