Professor Hongjiang Zhang,a distinguished expert on information technology,director of China Rare Earth Information Center,passed away after the cerebral hemorrhage at 7:00 am on December 16,2006,at the age of 55.He did active role in facilitating the information exchanges and technical cooperation between China and oversea rare earth enterprises.
