宫、腹腔镜联合手术58例分析

Analysis on 58 cases performed by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy

目的:探讨宫、腹腔镜联合手术的适应证及应用价值。方法:回顾分析58例应用宫、腹腔镜联合手术的病例。结果:全部手术过程顺利,疗效满意,无手术并发症发生。结论:宫、腹腔镜联合手术安全可行,实现了两种微创手术的优势互补,漏检率低,诊疗同步,适用于术前怀疑宫腔病变,难度较大的宫腔镜手术,也是不孕症患者的首选手术治疗方式。

Objective：To evaluate the indication and clinic alvalue of hysterascopy combined with laparoscopy, Methods：The data of 58 cases performed by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy were analysizod retrospectively. Results：All operations were successful with satisfacory outcomes and no complications. Conclusions： Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy is a safe and feasible method with the advantages of combining the benefit of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy,low false negative rate and diaynosis and treatment at the same time.
