腹腔镜在肠粘连松解术中的应用

The clinical utilization of laparoscopic enterolysis

目的：探讨腹腔镜在肠粘连松解术中的应用价值。方法：应用腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻患者11例。结果：7例成功利用腹腔镜完成肠粘连松解术，2例改为腹腔镜辅助下小切口肠粘连松解术，2例中转开腹。9例应用腹腔镜患者手术时间55～206min，平均123min，住院时间5～8d，平均7．1d。随访1～24个月（平均8个月），均无肠梗阻症状复发。结论：腹腔镜肠粘连松解术安全可行，具有临床应用价值。

Objective：To explore the value of laparoscopic enterolysis. Methods：Laparoscopic enterolysis was applied in 11 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Results：Among them,7 patients were treated by laparoscopic enterolysis ,2 patients were converted to open surgery with micro-incision and 2 patients were converted to open operation. The operation time ranged from 55 to 206 minutes with an average of 123 minutes. The hospitalization was between 5 days and 8 days with an average of 7.1 days. The follow-up period is between 1 month and 2 years with an average of 8 months. No intestinal obstruction recurred. Conclusions ： It is safe and feasible for laparoscopic enterolysis which has a great clinical value.
