腹腔镜胆囊切除术前上消化道疾病的诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal disease before laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者合并有上消化道疾病时的诊治方法。方法:对18例合并上消化道疾病行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组患者在术前或术后经胃镜检查后,或在术中探查时发现了不同的上消化道疾病。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,在术前可通过胃镜检查,来明确有无上消化道疾病,使患者得到及时正确的治疗,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective：To discuss the diagnostic and treatment methods of combined upper gastrointestinal diseases in patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods：The clinical data of 18 patients that combined with upper gastrointestinal diseases in laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analysed retrospectively. Results：The patients of this group were found with different upper gastrointestinal diseases through preoperative or postoperative gastroscopy, or intraoperative exploration. Conclusions： The patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy should be identified through gastroscopy or GI whether or not they are combining with upper gastrointestinal diseases,and thus receive correct and prompt treatment. It is worth being adopted widely.
