考虑各种无源微波元件作为工业传感器功能部件的应用.那些微波元件主要有:临界波导,开口谐振器,极性敏感电线谐振器等等.现通过包含一些技术参数的测量实验来阐述对微波传感器的设计.

Application of various passive microwave components as functional ele-ments of industial sensors is considered. Among these microwave components ar-e ;cut-off waveguides, open resonators, polarization-sen sitive wire reflectors, etc. De-sign of such microwave sensors is illustrated by examples coveringmeasurement of some technological parameters.
