摘要
为观察改良快速牵引架加石膏夹板治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床效果及生物力学性能。用自行研制改良快速牵引架加石膏夹板治疗胫腓骨骨折。以胫骨干骨加石膏夹板进行一维拉伸实验,并进行生物力学的材料试验研究。结果治疗35例,治愈25例,好转5例。该方法为骨折固定提供良好的力学保证,认为改良快速牵引架加石膏夹板能满足治疗胫腓骨骨折的各项生物力学性能,安全可靠,是一种有效的非手术疗法。
For finding out biomechanics characters and clinic effect on using self-made improved rapid traction facility and gesso splint to treat fracture of shank and fibula, we carry out one dimension traction experiment using dry shank bone adhered with gesso splint. From all 35 cases, 25 cases treat well and 5 cases treat well. Conclusion show that this method, improved rapid traction facility and gesso splint, can offer good mechanics elements and is a safe and a non-operation way to treat fracture of shank and fibula.
