摘要
随着篮球运动防守战术的发展,要求运动员在比赛中个人防守更具实效性和针对性。防守中假动作的运用丰富了个人防守技术动作,提高了个人防守能力,从而赢得了比赛的主动。
With the development of the basketball defense tactics, it＇s exigent for the basketball players to have more practical and more pertinent personal defense ability in the games. The using of the defensive fake action enriches the personal defense motion skills, improves personal defense ability, accordingly win the initiative in the games.
