摘要
通过查阅文献资料,提出制定帆船帆板运动员年度运动训练计划的基本模式,把全年计划分为基础训练阶段、第一组合练习训练阶段、第一顶峰阶段、第二组合练习训练阶段、第二顶峰阶段和恢复调整阶段6个阶段,并对各阶段的训练时间和训练方法进行了探讨,建议在年度训练计划中要设计弹性区域,以保证运动员伤病等的恢复时间。
In the light of document data, this article proposes a model of Sailing Athlete' Yearly Training Plan and divides the plan into six stages the basic training stage.the first compounding training stage.the first zenith training stage.the second compounding training stage.the second zenith training stage and the comeback and redressed training stage, then gives a further discussion about the training time and training methods of the six stages. Lastly, there is a stretch for the comeback of the wounded.
