摘要
一个违法的广告,可能涉及到广告主、广告经营者、广告发布者。他们各自应该承担的法律责任如果不明确,势必影响到对违法广告的预防、监督与惩罚。本文即试图分析各广告主体在违法广告中所起的作用,明确归责原则,使各广告主体在广告活动中能各司其职,各尽其责。
A illegal advertisement may be related of advertisement owner, advertisement operator and advertisement promulgator. If each charged obligation is not clear, it will influence on preventing, supervising and punishing for illegal advertisement. The author tries to analyze which body will be charged obligation in a illegal advertisement, find the basic principle of charged obligation, and make each of them do his duty in the advertisement activity.
