It is core and nature of scientific development concept to insist on human-oriented development. Let us review political thought education under the background of new development concept. The author holds the opinion that human-oriented concept should be rooted in the education of political thought. It is also stressed that political thought education is consistent with new development concept in the regard of human-oriented development, that the aim of political thought education is consistent with the aim of overall human development, and that the scientific nature of political thought education is consistent with humanization.
