本文分析了医院门诊流程的现状和问题,探讨了流程再造和优化的措施,并阐述了门诊流程优化对提高医院核心竞争力的重要性。
Reengineering or optimization of outpatient process has became a focus in the field of hospital management. The author analyzed the status quo and existing problems of outpatient process, introduced some methyls to enhance reengineering and optimization of process, and elaborated the importance of it to improve the core competitiveness of hospital.
