Status Quo and Prospect of Psychiatric Ward in A Military General Hospital

军队综合医院设置精神科是部队医院现代化发展的一种资源,利院利民。综合医院设立精神科是国内外会诊——联络精神医学发展的必要条件和基础。本文分析了我军综合医院精神科的现状,并提出了发展策略：改变观念、开拓市场；发展会诊—联络精神医学；充分运用心理测评；拓展服务功能等,阐述了军队精神科发展的必要性、以及在军队医院现代化建设中的作用。

Setting up psychiatric ward in military general hospital would be the trend of modernization development of a hospital, which would benefit both the hospital and civilians, also it was the requirement and foundation of international consultation - liaison psychiatry. The author analyzed the status quo of psychiatric ward in a military general hospital, and then proposed some development strategies, such as changing ideas and exploiting the market, developing consultation - liaison psychiatry; making full use of psychological tests and so on. At last, he elaborated the necessary of developing psychiatric Ward and the functions of psychiatric ward in constructing modernization of military hospitals.
