摘要
目的:引入告知在医院感染管理工作中,使被管理者在公开、公平、公正的前提下,规避医疗技术不规范所带来的负面损失,自觉自愿地配合做好院内感染工作。方法:现场告知、书面告知、现场交流、张榜公示、年终展评、动态跟踪、画廊宣传、技术培训、继续教育等。结果:实施告知一年来,院内感染管理工作达标率由2004年的93.13%上升到2005年的94.61%,收效显著。结论:将告知灵活运用在医院感染管理工作,以科学人性化管理模式推动该专业学科建设健康发展,使被管理者由被动型转为主动型,由生、冷、硬转为暖人心工程,确保患者和医护方利益的双赢。
Objective: Introduce "apprizing" to hospital infection management to help the be-managed to avoid damages due to un -criterion medical techniques under the open,fair,and equitable conditions and cooperate with the hospital to control hospital infections. Methods:Locale declaration, annual appraise through comparison, dynamic apprizing, literal apprizing, track, gallery propagandizing locale communion, board skill training and continuous education were all applied. Results: After carrying out apprizing for one year, reaching criteria ratio of hospital infection control had raised from 93.13% to 94.61% during 2004-2005 and the effects were remarkable. Conclusions: Applying apprizing in hospital infection administration agilely and driving the specialty development with humanity management mode, we can change the be - managed from passivity to initiative, change our services from angularity and coldness to ardor and amity, and ensure benefits of both patients and hospital.
