摘要
在突发公共卫生事件应急方面,存在着应急处理专业队伍建设和培训不足,尤其是应急型人力资源管理和激励不足,需要在实践中不断加强和完善。本文充分结合现代人力资源管理理念,就突发公共卫生事件发生时的医院应急型人力资源的规划与获取、绩效管理、薪酬设计、职业发展及团队建设等阐述,为突发公共卫生事件应对提供一些有用的借鉴。
The shortages of construction and training of emergency professional team, especially shortages of emergency human resources and encouragement were the main problems to meet the emergency of an unexpected Public Health Event, so we should strengthen and improve these problems constantly in practice. This article made use of the theory of modern human resources management fully, elaborated the some measures such as making out and gaining hospital emergency human resources, applying achievement management, designing the salary distribution, etc. It expected to provide some useful references to process the unexpected public health event.
