科学评价城乡关系的发展程度和发展状况是城乡关系研究中需要解决的关键问题。本文以城乡关系的实质为着眼点,对城乡协调度的内涵进行了界定,并以此为基础设计了城乡协调度评价指标体系,初步构建了城乡协调度评价模型,这是从系统的角度科学评价城乡关系所做的初步尝试,目的是为制定促进城乡协调发展的对策和提高城乡空间组织化程度提供可靠的科学依据。
