摘要
通过对泰康人寿保险股份有限公司企业文化的简要分析,指出该公司在构建企业文化过程中存在的问题,并根据其现状找出解决的方法和策略,指出在构建该公司企业文化中要贯彻“以人为本”的理念,用“诚信”、“共赢”的思想来建设泰康人寿的优秀企业文化。
Through the brief analysis of Taikang life Insurance Co.,Ltd's corporation culture, pointing out the problems existing during the construction of the company culture, and find out the solutions to the problems and strategies according to the present situation. Point out that during the construction of the company culture, “base on human” concept should be carried through, and establish Taikang life insurance co.,ltd's excellent company culture with the ideas of “sincerity and honesty” , and “win-win”.
