天然植物染料W-CT对羊毛针织物的染色性及抗菌性研究 被引量:1

摘要 由天然植物染料W-CT的萃取实验可得,W-CT热稳定性较好。文章还确定了萃取W-CT色素的最优工艺条件:温度90℃,浴比1∶30,提取2次,每次提取1 h。随后采用肉汤稀释法测试W-CT染液的最低抑菌浓度MIC,实验结果为对大肠杆菌的MIC≤1.953 mg/ml,对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC≤1.953 mg/ml;醇提法对大肠杆菌的MIC为31.25 mg/ml,对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC≤1.953 mg/ml。在此基础上同时探讨了W-CT染色工艺,实验表明:无媒染时浴比对颜色特征的影响很小,在铝媒染中染液的pH值对颜色特征的影响较大,W-CT色素对织物染色色牢度普遍符合国家标准。最后通过测试织物细菌减少率,表明用W-CT染色可以赋予织物较好的抗菌性。 The paper showed that the colouring matter from W- CT had good thermal stability. The optimum extraction conditions for W- CT was 1 h, 90℃, 1:30 (material to liquor ratio: MLR) and 2 times. The MIC values of W - CT were that for water extraction, 1.953 mg/ml to Esehefichia coli, 1.953 mg/ml to Staphylococcus aureus, and for Ethanol extraction, 31.25 mg/nd to Escherichia coli, 1.953 mg/ml to Staphylococcus aureus. Dyeing experiments dedicated that MLR cffceted the colour character values little with the direct dyeing and while the pH value cffected the colour character greatly with the alum premordanting dyeing. And most of the wool samples had good fastness ratings on grey scale ranging above 3 which met the national standard. The wool samples dyed with natural dye W - CT had good antimicrobial properties.
