摘要
城镇土地定级估价是城镇土地管理的基础性工作,有助于促进土地资源的高效配置和经济的快速发展。根据城镇土地定级因素所具有的空间特征和相关性,采用了地理信息系统(GIS)的技术和方法,运用空间数据库存贮、管理和操作各类与城镇土地定级有关的信息和数据,建立了一个城镇土地定级信息系统,并结合益阳城区土地定级的实践,对城镇土地定级的有关理论与方法进行研究。
