为了保证军队指挥系统的软件质量,结合军用指挥自动化软件的开发特点,研究与开发了一套软件配置管理系统.重点从过程化的角度对传统的配置管理方案进行改进,可以严格控制开发过程遵从开发模型进行,经使用证明满足了软件开发过程中规范、有序、高效的要求,为软件开发的规范化管理提供了一种解决方案。

In order to guarantee the software quality of military command systems, a set of software configuration management systems was developed in terms of the development features of military command automation. The traditional configuration management schemes were improved emphatically at the angle of process, which can control strictly the development processing following the development model. By its application it proves the systems meet the demands of standardization, in order and high efficiency in the process of software development and provide a solution to the standardizing management of software development process.
