摘要
本文回顾了自MM理论以来的资本结构理论研究进展。具体内容包括以下几个部分:第一部分主要介绍资本结构理论研究的历史发展进程;第二部分为权衡理论综述;第三部分为代理成本理论综述;第四部分为信息不对称理论综述;第五部分为财务契约理论综述。
This paper reviews the development of capital structure theory since MM theorem. It consists of the following sections ： section 1 introduces the evolution of capital structure theory ; section 2 reviews trade - off theory; section 3 reviews agency cost theory; section 4 reviews asymmetric information theory; section 5 reviews financing contract theory.
