Review on Empirical Researches of the Resource-based Theory of the Firm

企业资源理论认为企业竞争优势建立在企业有价值的、稀缺的、难以模仿并不可替代的资源基础之上,这一主张已为学界所认可。然而,企业资源理论的核心论断仍然需要大量的实证研究来支持。而实证研究的不足与方法应用的混乱有关。为此,文章探讨并总结了企业资源理论实证研究的基本类别、一般思路和方法,希望能够为推进企业资源理论实证研究的发展、特别是在我国的发展提供借鉴。

Empirical researches on the resource - based theory of the firm need be more developed. In this article, the theoretical foundation, studying types, studying thoughts and research methods on the Empirical researches of the resource - based theory of the firm are summarized. The author hopes this work can give some help to relative researches.
