摘要
根据我国1982、1990、2000年的人口普查数据,对我国的职业结构变化特征进行分析的结果表明:我国职业结构变化显著;各职业从业人员的受教育程度均有不同程度的提高,但是,总体来讲从业人员的受教育程度仍旧较低;职业空间分布与地区经济发展等有密切关系。根据这一结果,论文提出相应的政策建议。
According to the data of the population census in 1982, 1990＆2000, the article analyzes the changes and features of the occupational structure in China. First, it is remarkable in the occupational structure of China. Second, although there are some improvements in the education level of the employment population, the level is low as a whole. Third, there is an affinity between the spatial distribution and economic development. At last, the author puts forward some suggestions to optimize the occupational structure.
