目前各高校基本建设面临巨大的财务压力。其原因是多重的,高校、政府、银行都负有责任。解决高校基本建设中的财务难题应主要依赖于政府作用的发挥,银行和高校也要积极发挥其作用。

Currently universities face huge financial pressure in their fundamental construction. Universities, governments and banks all are responsible to it. It should mainly rely on governments function to resolve the financial difficulties. Mean while, banks and vniersities also needs to perform properly.
