摘要
本文在深入分析车辆周转时间θ局限性的基础上,提出超越θ的铁路运输新指标:车辆周转强度f,并计算了我国铁路45年(1949~1993)的f实迹值,分析了f作为综合评价车辆运用指标的效果。本文是《车辆周转时间指标体系的探讨》(见本刊1989年第1期)一文的续作。
On analyzing the limitation of index θ of freight car circulation, the author introduces a new index f which represents the intensity of freight car circulation. After the f values are computed. based on the railway performance records in the past 45 years (1949~1993 ), the merit of using f as on evaluation index for car circulation is assessed. This paper is a continuation of Probing of the index of Car Circulation Time .
