ONE KIND OF EXPERIMENTAL RELATION EXPRESSION FOR DESIGNING OF MAIN COMPOSITION IN HEAVY SECTION DUCTILE IRON PRODUCTION

在综合分析低Ｓｉ和高Ｓｉ两组大断面球铁曲轴本体和附体试块数据的基础上，提出了大断面球铁生产中Ｃ、Ｓｉ含量及ＣＥ值的设计原则，并推荐出了一种ＣＥ—Ｓｉ（理想）和Ｃ—Ｓｉ（理想）经验式。

Having made a comprehensive analysis of the data of two group crankshafts which contain respectivly low Si content and high one, the paper puts forward a principle of designing the CE value and the content of C and Si in heavy section dutile iron production, and recommends one kind of experimental relation expression of CE - Si and C - Si.
