摘要
通过有限元法对结构与工况都比较复杂的铝合金车轮进行力学计算,求出应力分布图,并以此为依据反复修改车轮结构,最终达到优化设计的目标。
A mechanical calculation on aluminium alloy wheels with more complicated structure and working modes has been done by means of FEM, through which a stress distribution chart is obtained. Then modify the wheel structure repeatedly based on the chart mentioned to finalized the optimum design.
