机采血小板献血者外周血血液学参数的观察

Observation of Haematological Parameters of Peripheral Blood in Plateletapheresis Donors

目的观察机采血小板献血者外周血血液学参数的变化。方法从机采血小板献血者中选取23名12个月内机采血小板量为4～10个治疗量的献血者作为观察组(平均每个治疗量血小板计数≥2.5×1011个),于末次机采血小板前检测外周血白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(HCT)、血小板(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、大血小板比例(P-LCR),与40名健康对照者进行比较,将所得数据进行统计学分析。结果观察组外周血WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT与对照组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。观察组外周血PLT显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而MPV、PDW、P-LCR均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。MPV与PLT呈中度负相关,MPV与PDW、P-LCR呈显著正相关。结论为机采血小板献血者查体时要结合PLT、MPV、PDW、P-LCR等血液学参数,综合考虑献血者机体的功能状况。

Objective To observe the change of haematologieal parameters of peripheral blood in plateletapheresis donors. Methods The author selected 23 plateletapheresis donors who donated 4- 10 platelet yield of collection for 12 months as the observe group（the mean platelet yield of collection was 2. 5 × 10^11）. Before last donation,white blood cell （WBC）, red blood cell （RBC）, hemoglobin （Hb）, hematocrit （HCT）, platelet （PLT）, mean platelet volume （MPV）, platele t distribution width （PDW）, platelet large cell ratio （P-LCR） were determined,and compared with those of 40 healthy controls. Results There were no significant difference between the two groups in WBC,RBC,Hb, HCT（P〉0. 05）.PLT was significantly higher in the observe group than that in the control group（P〈0. 01）;whereas MPV, PDW,P-LCR were significantly lower in the observe group than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. There was moderately negative correlation between PLT and MPV,but positive between MPV and PDW,P-LCR. Conclusion The donors＇ megakaryocytopoiesis was depressed when they had undergone the plateletaphereaia several times,and PLT,MPV,PDW and P-LCR should be detected.
