借鉴中外高校经验 启迪现代办学理念——对地方高校发展几个问题的思考

进入新世纪以来的中外大学,更加重视高水平、新兴学科建设以及尖端创新人才的培养,更加强调大学与经济社会发展之间的密切联系。作为地方大学,就是通过自身的特色和优势在高等教育的领域里求得一席之地和发展空间;特色学科建设规划要有一定的前瞻性,整合有限的学科资源,创新交叉学科,学科建设还要与区域经济和社会发展紧密结合;要重视人才的作用,确立行政管理人才与学术人才并重的观念,形成开放式的用人机制,提高办学的效益与水平。

When entering the new century, universities both at home and abroad pay more attention to the construction of new, high-level disciplines and the development of advanced ＆ creative talents; meanwhile the close link between university and the development of economics ＆ society is increasingly emphasized. As a local university, she is supposed to fred room for development in the sphere of higher education by her own characteristics ＆ advantages. The project for developing characteristic disciplines should be futuristic, should involve the conformity of limited disciplinary resource and the creation of interdisciplinary curriculum; additionally disciplinary construction should be combined with the development of regional economic and social development. Moreover, a local university should value the use of talents, should establish the ideology of attaching importance to both academic and administrative talents, should develop an open system for employing personnel, thereby raising the level ＆ efficiency of running a university.
