私营企业社会保险实施的制度障碍分析

Analysis on Social Insurance System that Hinders the Accession of the Private Enterprises

我国当前社会保障制度的激励功能存在着一定的缺失,其所提供的保障与私营企业的实际需要以及承担能力存在较大差异。本文通过对温州私营企业社会保险诉求的实际调查对影响私营企业参加社会保险的制度因素进行了数据分析,为社会保险制度扩面的顺利实施提供实证支撑。

The stimulation shortage is the important problem of the social insurance system. There are some differences between supply and demand of the institution. This paper, based on the investigation into Wenzhou enterprises, statistically analyses some institutional factors that affect the social insurance demand of private enterprises, the conclusion of which offers an empirical support for further improvement of the current social insurance system.
