An Analysis to the Development and Dilemma in Wenzhou Model——Perspective of Social Capital

温州模式作为我国经济发展过程中的重要发展模式之一,近年来遇到了一定的发展困境,其中一个重要的影响因素就是社会资本。社会资本在温州主要包括人情关系、行业协会网络、企业与政府利益共同体等多种形式,它对经济发展有着双重的外部性,并且其消极影响越来越大。通过制度完善、理念转变以及政府引导等措施改善温州社会资本的作用并开发新的社会资本,不失为温州模式重塑的一条新路。

As an important model in the process of China＇s economic development, Wenzhou Model has met a development dilemma during recent years. Social capital is one factor. There ate a lot of forms such as human relations, network of guilds and profit-communities between companies and the Government in Wenzhou. The social capital＇s externalities in the development ate diplex, and the negative side is becoming more and more obvious： One of the new paths to reform Wenzhou Model is to improve the functions of the social capital or to develop new forms by improving the systems, changing ideas and government＇s guidance.
