Based on the expatiation of the concept and fundamental of performance appraisal and combined with the practice of enterprise development, the appraisal system of employees＇ performance under the condition of ERP is discussed emphatically. Some problems arising in the performance appraisal for attention are also discussed. An example of application is given and the anticipated effects have been reached.
