摘要
在阐述绩效评估基本原理的基础上,结合企业开发实际,从深层次上论述了ERP环境下的员工绩效评估体系,探讨了绩效评估中应该注意的问题,给出了具体应用实例,取得了预期的效果。
Based on the expatiation of the concept and fundamental of performance appraisal and combined with the practice of enterprise development, the appraisal system of employees' performance under the condition of ERP is discussed emphatically. Some problems arising in the performance appraisal for attention are also discussed. An example of application is given and the anticipated effects have been reached.
