摘要
分析了并联机床承受静力时的受力特点。通过应用ANSYS有限元软件对并联机床整机进行了静力分析,研究机床在特定位姿时不同受力情况下的应力应变及其分布特性,得出了机床机架和整机在不同位姿时的应力应变图,分析了机床应力分布规律。并确定了机床的薄弱部位,为结构优化提供理论依据。
The stressed characteristics of the parallel machine tools under the static force is analyzed, The analysis of static force is performed with the help of the finite element software ANSYS, The stress and strain and distribution characteristics of the machine tool in a specific position under different stress conditions are studied so that a stress - strain diagram of the machine frame and the complete machine in different positions is obtained. The regularities of stress distribution of the machine tool are analyzed and the weak spots of the machine tool determined, thus providing the theoretic basis for optimum mechanism.
