摘要
王维昌教授诊治子宫内膜异位症的经验。病因主要是沉疴痼冷致寒凝血瘀,治疗拟温中散寒兼活血化瘀,方用自拟四温汤和复位汤。附验案1则佐证。
This article introduces professor Wang Weichang＇s clinical experience in the treatment of endometriosis. It is argued that endometriosis mainly results from stubborn cold factors and ensuing congealing blocd-stasis;that its treatment focuses on warming uterus and dispersing pathogen, activating blood and resolving blocd-stasis;two empirical herbal prescriptions,＂Siwen Decoction＂ and ＂Fuwei Decociton＂,were created according to menstrual cycle. One typical case is presented.
