益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛150例临床观察

Clinical Observation of "Yixinshu Capsule" in Treating Coronary Angina Pectoris in 150 Cases

目的为观察益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法随机设治疗组150例,服用益心舒胶囊治疗,对照组50例,服用复方丹参滴丸治疗,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组的临床总有效率为83%,对照组为80%(P>0.05);两组均有改善心电图、心绞痛以及心绞痛的程度等作用,组间比较,P>0.05;治疗组对降低收缩压、改善临床气短、乏力、头晕目眩,以及血液流变学检测指标等方面疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。结论益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yixinshu Capsule＂in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris. Methods 200 subjects were randomized into two groups and treated respectively by ＂Yixinshu Capsule＂and Compound Danshen Droplet, with a course of 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate wad 83% in treatment group and 80% in control greup,P〉0.05; electrocardiogram and angina pectoris improved in both groups,P 〉 0.05;bload pressure and clinical symptoms such as shortness of breath,tiredness,dizziness and rheology improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion This Capsule is quite effective for coronary angina poctoris.
