摘要 对混合动力汽车现有散热方案的电池组进行了温度场监测实验,分析了电池组温度分布和放电始终温度变化,发现电池组在放电前后温度不均匀性有扩大趋势,并且电池组整体温升较大。在此基础上,建立了电池组温度场理论模型,并进行了电池组温度分布仿真,提出了新的电池组散热方案,最后进行了实验验证。 In this paper, by testing the temperature field in Ni-MH battery pack with existing cooling scheme, and analyzing the temperature distribution and variation of Ni-MH batteries during their discharge process. It is found that with the discharge proceeds, the situation of temperature unevenness become worse, and the overall. temperature of battery pack rise. Accordingly, a theory model for the temperature field in Ni-MH battery pack is built, and a simulation on the distribution of temperature is performed with the results analyzed. On this base, a new cooling scheme is proposed and validated by experiments.
