摘要 三维零件回弹结果的精确预测一直是个难题,文中把二维截面法应用到对三维零件回弹的预测和补偿上,离散整个三维零件为各个特征截面,通过二维截面法和有限元软件LS-DYNA精确地对汽车纵梁的回弹和补偿进行了预测计算,实践证明,通过两次的回弹预测和补偿计算,汽车纵梁补偿后的回弹结果和实际产品形状相比,误差在0.5mm以内,有很好的实用价值。 The 2-D section method is applied to the calculation and compensation of springback of 3-D parts, taking the side member of automotive frame as example. Several feature sections are taken from the side member and their springback and compensation are calculated by using 2-D section method and FEM software LSDYNA. The practice shows that through twice calculations of springback and compensation, the predicted springback of automotive side member is fairly close to the shape of real product with an error within 0. 5mm.
