摘要
黏膜免疫是近年来倍受关注的免疫学新理论之一,促使人们对黏膜免疫有了新认识。黏膜免疫系统是由黏膜相关淋巴样组织(MALT)组成。黏膜上皮细胞持续不断地接触外环境中微生物及过敏原等刺激物,发挥着黏膜免疫屏障保护性防御功能,作为机体对抗外来刺激物的第一道防线,以保障机体内环境的稳定。
Recent research has provided new insights into mucosal immunity which is becoming one of the important immunological theories. The mucosal immune system is composed of mucosal-associated lymphoid tissues （MALT） . Particularly, mucosal epithelial cells, whichare continually exposed to external stimulants such as microorganisms and allergens, play a critical role in mucosal immune barrier against these stimulants. They act as the first line of defense to maintain homeostasis.
