摘要 Toll样受体(Tolllikereceptors,TLRs)作为一类病原模式识别受体在免疫应答和炎症反应中发挥重要作用。新近研究表明,TLRs家族的成员可能参与介导炎症性肾脏病和泌尿系统感染性疾病的发生。现就TLRs的生物学特征及其与肾脏疾病的关系等方面予以综述。 Toll-like receptors (TLRs), a family of pathogen recognition receptors, play an important role in immune responses and inflammation. It has been recently demonstrated that members of the TLR family are involved in immune-mediated renal diseases and urinary tract infections. The biological characteristics of TLRs and their roles in the pathogenesis of kidney diseases were discussed in this review.
