附红细胞体病

Eperythrozoonosis

附红细胞体病(eperythrozoonosis)是由于附红细胞体感染机体而引起的人畜共患的传染病。附红细胞体(eperythrozoon)是寄生于红细胞表面、血浆及骨髓中的一群微生物。由于该病传播途径广及临时表现的多样化,临床上极易造成误诊、漏诊。为提高临床医师对此病的认识,在今后实际医疗工作中,对发热的鉴别诊断须重视该病。现就该病的流行特点、临床表现、传播途径、实验室检查及治疗加以综述。

Eperythrozoonosis is an epidemic caused by eperythrozoon which attacks both human and animal. Eperythrozoon is a kind of parasitic microorganisms that target the surface of red cells, plasma and marrow. The multiple transmission pathways and varied clinic manifestations are liable to the mis-diagnosis or late diagnosis. To improve the understanding of eperythrozoonosis, more attention should be paid to the differential diagnosis of feverish diseases. In this review, we discuss the prevalent features, clinic manifestations, transmission pathways, laboratory examinations and treatments of eperythrozoonosis.
