摘要
目的 应用术前功能障碍分度和术后疗效分级法，评价肘管综合征应用肘管扩大重建术的疗效。方法 2000～2005年间。应用肘管扩大重建术治疗34例肘管综合征。结果 肘管综合征轻、中度患者18例。术后优良率100％，重度患者16例，术后优良率75％。结论 肘管扩大重建术，是治疗肘管综合征简单易行，安全可靠，可避免损伤尺神经肘关节分支的一种新治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the treatment results for cubital tunnel syndrome with enlarge and rebuild cubital tunnel. Methods From 2000 to 2005,We had treated 34 cases of cubital tunnel syndrome with enlarge and rebuild cubital tunnel. Results There were 18 mild or moderate cases with 100% satisfactory rate. Sixteen severe cases showed 75% satisfactory rate. Conclusion The enlarging and rebuilding cubital tunnel is a new, simple and rebliable option in the management of cubital tunnel syndrome.
