第5腰椎横突综合征的手术治疗

Syndrome of hypertrophic transvers operation of the fifth lumbar vertebra

目的 探讨第5腰椎横突综合征的手术治疗方式。方法 16例第5腰椎横突综合征，12例行第5腰椎横突切除减压术。3例行第5腰椎横突与髂骨关节融合术，1例行第5腰椎横突离断术。结果 随访5～23个月（平均16个月），优10例，良5例，无效1例。结论 横突切除减压术是治疗第5腰椎横突综合征的理想方法。

Objective lumbar vertebra. Methods To explore the syndrome of hypertrophic transvers surgical methods of the fifth Sixteen cases were treated with 3 different surgical methods. Fifth lumbar vertebra transverses excision and decompression procedure in turlve cases, Fifth lumbar vertebra transverses with flank bone fusion in 3 cases. Fifth lumbar vertebra transverses mutilation in twelve case. Results All cases were followed up from 5 months to 23 months and the mean period was 16 months. Ten cases in excellence,5cases method for syndrome of hypertrophic transvers of the fifth lumbar vertebra.
