MAC在颅脑外伤后硬膜外血肿钻孔引流术中的应用

摘要 监测的麻醉处理(monitored anesthesia care,MAC)是在局部麻醉或未行麻醉进行手术时,为保证患者安全以及舒适的手术环境,手术中常需麻醉医师监测,同时静脉给予镇静、镇痛药物以获得较好的麻醉效果。我们将该技术应用于颅脑外伤后硬膜外血肿钻孔引流术中,并对静脉镇静、镇痛药物的配伍进行了比较研究,现报道如下:
