摘要
研究了16种不同煤阶煤成焦过程中真相对密度及挥发分随温度的变化规律.结果表明:成焦过程中,挥发分<20%的煤样其真相对密度在600℃有一拐点,>600℃后增加得更快,而挥发分>20%的煤样其真相对密度在500℃有一拐点,>500℃后就增加得更快.焦炭真相对密度基本上是随原煤挥发分的增大近似呈直线下降,在实验的16种煤中,两种弱黏煤具有最低的真相对密度.除气煤和弱黏煤外,其他煤成焦过程中挥发分的变化与其真相对密度呈线性关系,且随挥发分的降低,挥发分对TRD影响增加.
The variation of true relative density (TRD) and volatile of 16 different rank coals during coking process were studied. TRD of coals with 〈20% has an inflexion at 600 ℃ during coking process; while the coal with volatile 〉20% has that at 500 ℃. Coke TRD decreases approximately linearly as parent coal volatile increases. In this experiment, two weak-caking coals have the least TRD. Except for gas coals and weak-caking coals, volatile variation of other high rank coals has linear relation with their TRD. As it declines, volatile has more impact on chars TRD.
