苯磺酸对镇城底煤电化学强化浮选脱硫的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过将有代表性的有机酸冰乙酸、苯磺酸用做试剂对镇城底煤进行电化学强化浮选脱硫实验,发现使用这两种有机酸强化效果显著,而强酸苯磺酸因用量小、槽电压低而更有优势.之后在苯磺酸电解液中加入非氧化还原性的酸或盐,以探索能进一步强化浮选脱硫的体系,发现H2SO4,Na2SO4,MgSO4·7H2O和ZnSO4·7H2O可有效促进煤的电化学强化浮选脱硫.强化作用是在较小的电流密度和稍高电解电压范围内进行的,该条件下电极腐蚀并不明显.强化时间较短,仅为0·5h. By utilizing ethanoic acid and benzene sulfonic acid that are representative in organic acids as reagents to perform electrochemical enhancing pretreatment and floatation experiments on the coal of Zhenchengdi , find that both of their enhancing effects are striking. Because of less consumption and tank voltage benzene sulfonic acid are chosen. Then acids and salts without redox are added to its solutions to explore better systems that produce better results. HzSO4, Na2SO4 ,MgSO4·7H2O and ZnSO4 · 7H2O are choosen from these promoters. These experiments are carried out under lesser current density and a little higher decomposition voltage and the corrosion of electrodes isn't very serious. The time of pretreatment is only 0. 5 h.
