烟气脱硫细菌的筛选及其生理特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别采用液体驯化和气相驯化法,从不同的采样点筛选培育出4种烟气脱硫细菌,为了解其生长、繁殖的规律,对其生理特性进行了研究.结果表明,所筛选的烟气脱硫细菌在酸性条件下对二氧化硫有较强的脱除能力,培养12d后,其脱硫效率还在50%以上;在恒温条件下,用721分光光度计对其生长曲线进行了测定,从各菌株的生长曲线可以看出,培养8h后各菌株基本进入对数期,40h左右菌液浓度达到峰值,各菌株都经历了适应期、对数生长期、稳定期、衰亡期4个时期;从形态特征可以看出,大部分菌株为短杆菌.由实验可得出结论:所筛选的烟气脱硫细菌对烟气中的二氧化硫具有一定的脱除效果,所测定的菌株生长曲线和对菌株形态特征的研究结果可作为选定工业化条件的参考. 4 micdesulphurization strains have been selected and cultivated from different soil samples by different methods of liquid or gas domestication. Their physiological characteristics have also been researched in order to find out their rules of growth and multiplication. The results show that the selected strains have strong desulphurization efficiencies under acidic condition, and their desulphurization efficiencies after culturing 12 days are still more than 50%; and the growth curves have been determined with 721-spectrophotometer on the condition of constant temperature. It can be shown from their own growth curve that the strains enter into logarithm period after culturing 8 hours, and the maximum OD was determined after 40 hours or so, they have 4 growth periods, i.e. adjustment period, logarithm period, stabilization period and death period. From their morphological character, we find that most of them are short bacillus. We can draw a conclusion that the selected micdesulphurization strains have strong desulphurization efficiencies, the determined result of growth curves and morphological character can be as a reference of selecting industrialization condition.
