摘要
论文首先介绍了数控机床主轴热误差测温系统的软硬件结构,接着采用主因素策略和互不相关策略对机床的14个测温点进行了优化布点,最终选出了4个优化后的测温点。利用基于最小二乘法的多元线性回归方法对主轴的热变形进行估计后,发现模型的估计效果很好,验证了测温点优化的必要性。
This paper first presents the software and hardware structure of the temperature measurement systern of the spindle thermal errors in machine tools.Then the main factor strategy and mutual irrelevance strategy are used in the optimal layout of the fourteen temperature measurement points in the machine tools.Finally, four temperature measurement points are selected after the optimal layout.The multiple linear regression meth- od based on least square is used to estimate the thermal distortion of the spindle.It is found that the estimate result is very good, it also validates the necessary of the optimal layout of the temperature measurement points.
