摘要
窑炉压力是玻璃熔制过程中的主要控制参数之一,压力的波动直接影响到温度和液位的稳定。采用烟道开口补气的设计方案对窑炉换向期间的压力下降进行补偿,从而减小压力波动,稳定窑炉温度。
The brothel-furnace pressure is one of the main control parameters in glass melt system process, the pressure fluctuation affects the stability of temperature and liquid level directly. The method which the smoke channel opens the mouth to reinforce air supply was used, to compensate the drop pressure during the pond furnace commutation period which reduced the pressure fluctuation and stabilizes the furnace temperature.
