本文在信息生态学理论的基础上,提出了信息生态链概念,构建了信息生态链的理论框架,并探讨了信息生态链管理的目标和方法,为信息管理提供了一个生态学视角的分析工具。

Based on the theory of information ecology, this paper puts forward the concept of Information Ecology Chain （ IEC）, and constructs its theoretical framework. The paper also explores the goal and the methods of IEC management, providing an analytical tool based on ecology for information management.
